职位描述：

1. Process methodsimprovement:工艺方法的改进

- Improve the production technologyaccording to requirement from pilot or the demand of production and market.根据试产、生产和市场的要求改善生产技术

- Design and improve overall flow(physical flow and information flow)设计、改善工厂的物料流和信息流

- To update and analyses companycommon work standards(productivity)分析更新工厂的通用作业标准（生产力）

- To analyze and report themanufacturing relevant indicators monthly编写、分析与生产有关的指标月报

2. Improvementfollow-up: 改善跟进

- Follow up and monitor the improvingprocess of production technology, put forward solution in case any problemarises. 跟进和监控生产工艺的改善措施，并推进问题的解决

- To arrange implementation of newequipment /process/jigs and ensure on-time capacity extension 规划引进新设备、新工艺、新夹具，确保产能持续提高

3. Process changes: 工艺变更

- Communicate with supervisors ofrelevant departments on requirement or changes of production, coordinate thematerial supply and logistics of production.与有关部门沟通生产要求和变更，协调生产物料供应和物流

- as leader ,to communicateproduction change or new requirement, such as sub-con,localization….领导生产方式的改变或新的要求，如：外包、本地化。

4. Technology transmission: 知识传递

Transmit to producer processinformation and knowledge and where necessary provide relevant training inorder to ensure smooth operation of roduction.传授生产员工工艺知识，必要时提供相关的培训，确保生产稳定

5. Document management: 文件管理

Prepare /modify /replace /maintain process documents and technical files (including job sheet, drawings,standards, etc.) according to “document control procedure.

按文控程序撰写、更改、更换、维护工艺技术文件（含工作表、图纸、标准等）

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of Method background (IE major preferred)

2. Good English communication skills: write and readgood, speaking general is ok

3. Positive, open, logical thinking

4. Project management/leading team experiences is plus,but not mandatory

5. Lean production tools using, at least understandsome lean concept

6. Working in wiring device business, have productknowledge is plus, but not mandatory
