职位描述：

Main Responsibilities-

1. Increase the staff management level and improve skill level of operators 加强员工管理，提升操作工技能水平

2. Enforce safety management for injury-free working environment 实施现场安全管理，确保无工伤事故

3. Plan and organize the smooth & efficient production to contribute KPIs. 规划组织顺畅有效的生产以达成既定绩效指标

4. Support industrial projects on schedule for company growth 支持工业化项目按照预定时间开展以促进公司发展

5. Develop and execute projects of production process optimization continuously 持续开展生产流程优化项目

Requirements-

1. Diploma or above in materials or mechanical relevant technical discipline 大专及以上，材料/机械相关专业

2. 8+ years experience in production management at roles of supervisor or manager, 3+ years experience in injection/molding industry 8年以上生产管理经验（主管或者经理），3年以上注塑行业经验

3. Strong trouble-shooting ability, results-oriented and safety mindset is a must 擅长问题解决，结果导向，安全意识强

4. Good leadership and motivation skills, excellent communication 领导、激励能力突出，沟通能力强

5. Good knowledge of lean manufacturing, good data analysis and logical thinking 具备基础的精益生产知识, 良好的数据分析能力和逻辑能力

6. Basic English skills in written and reading 具备基本英文读写能力
