 Department: Cargo Services

Level/Sub-grade: Level A / OFF

Reports To: Cargo Services Supervisor

Location: Chongqing, China

 

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Load sheet for freighter;
Monitor Warehouse buildup & Ramp handling;
Monitor the loading & unloading of the freighter;
Prepare daily report for inbound & outbound freighter;
Coordination with GHA to ensure smooth ground handling;
Smooth communication with local government parties, e.g. Customs, Immigration, Quarantine;
Ensure On Time Performance for the freighter;
Perform physical check for the special cargo e.g. DG, AVI whenever required;
Handle Cargo Services i.e. Answer enquiries from internal & external (via telephone, telex & email); Cargo Claims; Follow up track & trace cases with GHA;
Monitor the ULD inventory & to arrange replenish in advance;
Prepare post flight report on daily basis.
 

Requirements/Qualifications:

College graduate or above
Strong sense of responsibility and good team player
Can work independently, willing to face challenges and work under pressure
Detail and accuracy oriented
Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
Good time management and multi-tasking ability
Strong command of spoken and written Putonghua and English. CET4 is a must and CET6 is preferable
Proficient in office software
Willing to work on shift
Cargo services experience preferable
Required to attend and pass all technical training arranged by department and HQ to meet the needs of daily operations
PRC national or valid working permit in PRC
