Job Description:

- Liaison with Share Service Center about payable/payment, vendor management etc.
- Ensure proper accrual for unpaid expense and check the accruals for pre-payment
- Maintain bookkeeping with focus on GL, payroll and fixed assets.
- Prepare monthly pre-closing and closing reports.
- Renew/analyze TB before closing and after closing.
- Review all cost centers expenses before cut-off and post adjustments accordingly.
- Reconcile TB and highlight action plans if any.
- Implement internal control policies and SOX compliance as well as SOX filing.
- As back-up of local treasury.
- Other assignments by the direct manager

Requirement:
- High integrity with team work spirit
- Bachelor degree with at least 5 years Solid Accounting background in MNC company
- Very Experienced SAP User
- Process oriented (shared service background is a big plus)
- Fluent in Oral and Written English
- Independent and Self-Motivation in work pressure
