职位描述
Responsibilities:
-To review/check VAT invoices in a timely and accurate manner;
-Cooperate with vendors and China DC to match invoices to any merchant payment issue.
-Make merchant payment timely and accurately based on payment proposal, and ensure all payments are supported by documentation and authorization consistent with internal policy and procedure.
-Perform month-end closing activity and do reconciliation of accounts.
-Identify unusual items and discrepancies, investigate and follow up with actions.
-Handle the filing of payment vouchers and documents
-Reply the email from vendors timely.
-Other tasks assigned by leader.
Qualifications:
-Integrity, detailed-oriented, active, flexible and a good team player;
-Bachelor degree or above, finance, accounting or related;
-Above 1 year related experience, preferably in multinational companies;
-Good communication skills in English and Chinese;
-Ability to work effectively with multiple deadlines and competing priorities;
-Excellent skill for Excel.
