Job Purpose/Job Objectives/ 工作目标:
？ Effective implementation of new products (projects) into mass production within a timetable and yield for dedicated Customers with a team of engineering engineers.
？ Qualify and optimize scale factors, impedance values and cost related issues on the new projects before Mass production ramp up based on measurement data’s provided by the involved department.
Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:
？ Lead and coordinate all related project related meeting and activities
？ Organize and monitor all activities to be ready before last project revision starts in mass production
？ Responsible for all part numbers which are outside the Standard Scope of Service
？ Establish a reporting and monitoring tool for the ramp up projects
？ Lead dedicated projects (critical => TFC P/N ) in the ramp up phase
？ Lead the sample engineering Team for all activities related to the dedicated customer projects
？ Optimize P/N prior to ramp up into mass production
？ Coordinate several in parallel running ramp up P/N projects
？ Coordinate tasks and activity with production, quality and PE/CAM
？ Provide necessary reports and documentation for standardized process flow and short ramp up
？ Ensure appropriate resources are available and provide necessary support to all associated projects
？ Ramp up new project with the planned yield (calculated) and costs
？ Technical input for further development projects
？ Setup project team and meeting and review structure
？ Lead the dedicated project team, monitor the progress
？ Communicate and coordinate all project related information with our account team (Sales eng. , Quality)
Managerial Functions/ 管理职能:
？ Work very close with Quality, IE&E , PE /CAM, PPC ,OH, SE ，TDI
？ Technical instruction to the PQ team + PE/CAM
Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
？ Technical background in SRSF,plating,litho,mech/laser drill process.
？ Degree from higher technical college plus several years of professional experience
？ Experience in related industry
？ Fluent written and oral English
？ Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel), SAP, Mini Tab
？ Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
？ Good team player and team leader, Integrated and interdisciplinary thinking and acting
？ Good communication and negotiation skills
