主要工作职责：
1、协助主管工程师/部门经理完成试验设备设施的管理工作
2、负责试验设备、设施的维护计划制定、项目跟踪和报告。
3、负责测试设备设施的管理及维护保养，对测试系统检查和标定，以确保试验工作进展
4、负责设备设施的预诊断和维修工作
5、了解该领域的先进技术，负责试验设备/设施的改进项目工作
6、从事试验设备设施工程技术文件和资料的收集整理、翻译、编制/修订、校对、发放等
7、参与试验质量改进工作
8、从事工程师/技工的培训工作
9、本单位日常办公管理，含安全、环境、质量等

知识学历和专业技能要求：
1、大学本科以上学历,自动化/仪器仪表/测试技术、机电一体化、计算机等相关专业
2、二年以上工作经验，有测试设备管理运作背景和软件编程能力者优先
3、具有良好的中文语言/文字表达和沟通能力
4、良好的英文文字和口语能力
5、良好的计算机技能，熟练应用Office软件进行文字和数据分析处理、数据采集系统。
6、深入了解传感器、计算机数据采集和控制系统知识和技能
7、有较强的动手能力、团队精神和敬业精神
8、较强的学习能动性和较快接受新知识新技能的能力，能够经常参加各种培训，不断提高自己和帮助他人提高知识技能
9、较强的时间管理能力

其它要求：身体健康,能够胜任加班、出差、上夜班和轮休上班等。
