Description/职位描述:
1. Lead assigned customer site visits and customer on-site audit
2. Manage in its entirety the concern investigation, root cause analysis and improvement implementation process for all customer issues
3. Respond to customer issues regarding product quality and quality systems
4. Develop and participate in Advance Quality Planning activities for new products and process introduction/release, including but not limited to product and process FMEA’s and cause and affect analysis, as well as process flow diagrams and control Plans
5. To monitor and follow up customer quality open items, and report the action status and results to customer
6. Visiting customer facilities both re-actively and pro-actively to establish and develop customer relationships
7. Perform other duties assigned from Assistant Quality Manager
Qualifications/职位要求:
1. Bachelor degrees or above, major in mechanical, electric ,automation and at least 3 years quality experience in an international company
2. Excellent planning, organization, prioritization and interpersonal skills
3. Be familiar with quality tools like QC 7 tools, FMEA, Control Plan, 5Why, 8D etc
4. Quality management system experience is preferred
5. Six Sigma Green Belt and Auditor experience is preferred
Skills/技能: .
1. Be familiar with Microsoft office skills
2. Good in written and speaking of English
3. Good team work and communication skills.
