对幼儿园后勤工作质量全面负责
？ 根据园务工作计划，负责制定并实施后勤年度工作目标和计划。
？ 按月制订实施并预算和工作计划，经批准后负责执行。
？ 制订、修订、实施后勤部的工作程序和相关的规章制度的实施细则、规定经批准后组织执行。
？ 制定实施采购计划，补充库存物品，对保障教育教学物品的及时供给负责。
？ 定期向园长汇报后勤部门的情况和有关数据。
？ 负责幼儿园库房管理，做好教学和后勤物品出入库登记、每月核对库存。
？ 负责全园内外装修、设备购置、维修的资金预算和决算。
？ 负责检查全园安全保卫、消防工作，检查厨房煤气、用电的安全，确保幼儿园安全。
？ 对园内所有固定资产、设备设施填发使用登记卡，每学期末清点、核对，做好登记工作。
？ 负责幼儿园总固定资产帐的管理、定期将固定资产总账与分账相核。（一学期一次）
？ 负责幼儿园物品的报修，做到小修不过天，大修不过周。
？ 完成园领导交给的其他工作。

Helen Doron Early English was founded in UK in 1985, which is the global leading brand in Early Englishing learning. It mainly covers the children aged from 3 month to 14.
