岗位职责：

1) To monitor all daily processes to ensure all load/discharge moves are executed timely and smoothly. Manage system timely input and clean up.
2) To manage all exception, issues with terminals, partners and APL respective departments.
3) To monitor the checking of customs advance manifest and co-ordinate and handle related issue.
4) Focal point to Countries/Clusters Cargo Execution team for addressing any service failures/process improvements
5) Track and manage all KPI.
6) Manage all reporting such as loading forecast, loading list, longstanding, misconnection etc.
7) Manage training of the team
8) G&A management of the team.

任职要求：

Education: University Graduate
Experiences: Minimum 3 year experience, 2 years at least in carrier or terminal operations functions, 1 year at entry level management positions.

Oral and written English skills;
PC skills:
Desired competencies (typical)
Decent knowledge in shipping industry especially in land operations functions;

Good knowledge in liner operation processes in terms of customer service, Sales, Operation;
Good command of oral and written English;
Desired competencies (nice to have)
Experience in other shipping line functions like Sales, customer service, Operation and/or Finance.
