- For our Digital Factory Division in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a (SFAE)西门子工厂自动化工程有限公司 服务助理 Service Assistant 地点：上海 Location: Shanghai .

What are my responsibilities?

1.In order to systematic the information management, be responsible for the filing of departmental files, documents, catalogs and materials.

2.In order to systematic the information management, be responsible for the filing of departmental files, documents, catalogs and materials.

3.In order to contribute service cash flow, evaluate each order A/R case, contact customer for reason of delaying payment and future payment schedule, make detailed records for A/R following status.

4.In order to keep Service Spare Parts WIP in a reasonable level and identify the reason of aging WIP and find out solution or escalate for solution.

5.Checking reports assigned by team leader or other colleague.

6.Follow up the old WIP case actively.

7.Other Tasks Assigned by Team Leader and Department Manager

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. College diploma or above;

2. Above 2 years working experience in customer service field ;

3. Good skill of office software, knowing. SAP is preferred;

4. Excellent communication, has good coordination ability;

5. Customer orientated, good ownership with case owner attitude;

6. Fluent English.
