Work Location: Gaoqiao, Pudong District, Shanghai, with shuttle bus provided
Reporting to: Manager, Product Development

JOB OBJECTIVES:
To provides assistance to lab manager as required to achieve the objectives of each research/development project and production in an effective way.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To perform lab experiments for development projects in accordance to the guidelines of supervisor.
2. To document all experiments and test results.
3. To keep lab, lab area, machines, machine hall and storage areas in good condition to support an efficient work environment.
4. To contribute to develop tests, procedures, and apparatus required to achieve experimental results.
5. To summarize test results and hand over to lab manager.
6. To contribute to safety and Environmental standards of the Company.
7. To develop new formulations and process for experimental products.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree in polymer processing or chemical engineering.
2. With more than 3 years' Lab-related working experience in Chemical industry.
3. Ability to do lab trials reliable, efficient, and carefully.
4. Knowledge or ability to learn or use quality concepts.
5. Ability to speak basic English.
6. Competency: Striving for Achievement, Communication and Interpersonal Understanding, Analytical Thinking, Environmental, Health and Safety Awareness.
