Job description

- Closely work with lab BD Executive, Solution Architect and development team, make Technology Partnership development plan of Cloud/Big Data&Analytics/Mobile/Platform/Smarter Commerce/Smarter City business for assigned territory, develop and implement marketing strategies for Technology Partnership;

- Screen and identify new business opportunities;

- Establish a healthy ecosystem with client, partners, and IBM internal business units, lead the business discussion and enlarge business impact;

- Formulate and implement for the business goals, strategy and plan. Manage the contracts and business engagement. Build and maintain strategic partnership's business relationship;

- Lead the cross-functional team to collaborate with governments, global and local large-scale and medium-sized enterprises, business partners across value chains, build relationship with universities;

- Deal negotiations, joint research and joint development deals for Technology Partnership.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor degree or above, experience in Cloud/Big Data&Analytics/Mobile/Platform/Smarter Commerce/Smarter City is preferred;

- Industry knowledge in one or more domains;

- At least 5-8 years or above working experience of multinational high tech company in sales, business development, client and partner relationship;

- Strong passion, ownership, leadership skills, ability to work as part of a team, and with a high level of integrity;

- Project/Account management skills will be a plus;

- Fluent Chinese & English skill in both written & oral
