Position Summary:
Support the company vision through ownership and accountability for the overall sales, profitability, leadership and management of assigned store. Primary responsibility is to drive Store Management and Associates to execute their job duties by creating a fun, challenging, and rewarding culture.

Accountable For:

Sales Performance
? Achieve weekly, monthly and annual comp and target goals
? Units Per Transaction objectives
? Average Dollar Sales objectives
? Payroll and scheduling objectives
? Meet sales contest objectives

Operational Discipline
? Maintain a great looking and functioning store
? Manage according to standard operating procedures
? Reduce shrink using company tools and resources

Visual Execution in partnership with Visual Manager
? Efficient and timely execution of Visual directives
? Maximize merchandising needs while following standards
? Merchandise management and flow
? Promote the company’s fashion forward image
? Maintain a clean, neat and organized store

Team and Talent Management
? Staffing, training, development, promotion and retention of talented people
? Ensure store teams execute core job responsibilities
? Continually improve individual and team performance
? Create a productive and positive team atmosphere
? Provide accurate and timely employee evaluations
? Take timely and effective action for individual conduct and performance issues
? Create a culture of retention

Customer Service
? Lead by example all customer service standards
? Ensure store team commits to and executes customer service standards
? Effective problem solving/decision making to resolve customer issues
? Recognition of individual and team customer service achievements

Job Responsibilities:
? Execute and support Company and District Manager’s business objectives
? Overall leadership presence in assigned store
? React and plan using store statistics and available visit/audit reports
? Ensure store expenditures fall within payroll plans and support sales goals
? Is the liaison between the store and the District Manager
? Collaborate with the Co-Manager, Visual Manager, Stock Manager and Assistant Managers to integrate operational and visual objectives
? Administer store meetings per company directives and communicate successes and opportunities to District Manager
? Overall staffing, training, development, performance management and retention of store employees
? Drive a fun, exciting and rewarding culture within the store
? Communicate merchandise transfer opportunities to District Manager
? Keep updated on Operations and Visual Memos
? Ensure policies and procedures are followed
? Partner with District Manager for all outstanding/unresolved store issues
? Ensure store is in good standing with Mall Management



Job Requirements:
? At least 5 years Retail Management experience
? Excellent ability to train and motivate staff
? Must be punctual
? Create and promote a friendly, professional environment with customers, supervisors, and co-workers
? Maximize store volume in accordance with all store and company goals, policies, procedures, etc.
? Ensure customer service is being maintained throughout the business day
? Maintain an orderly system for planning, coordination, follow-through, and completion of tasks
? Ability to understand priorities and the sense of urgency of the business, adjusting directions and scheduling when necessary to meet store needs and the demands of the business
? Ensure the store maintains excellent visual presentation at all times by presenting a fashion statement throughout the store
? Ensure proper floor coverage and floor management to maximize store volume
? Implement and follow all loss prevention procedures to minimize store shrinkage
