Detailed responsibilities include but not limited to:

1) Ensure a hierarchical supervision of day-to-day accounting & finance related activities, including but not limited to :
- cash flow control;
- costing and collection;
- financial reporting analysis and budget
- internal control;
- tax and treasury;
- project accounting;
- financial and budget planning.
2) Responsible for treasury, keep close touch with relevant banks;
3) Supervise all necessary statutory and monthly management reports, and ensure the compliance of the predetermined payment procedures.
4) Liaison with local authorities in terms of taxation, finance, external audit and foreign exchange administration in close cooperation with head of finance;
5) Cooperate with relevant government department and audits for the company's accounting work in close cooperation with head of finance;
6) Control accuracy of and signs annual financial statements and monthly reports for the Company;
7) Draft internal regulations on accounting, cash and treasury operations; interprets and instructs on the above issues;
8) Cooperate with all departments, and instructs on accounting and taxation;
9) Responsible for Logistic issues, customs clearance, Liaison with customs for any questions raised;
10) Implementation & maintenance of main control procedures, aiming to protect the integrity of the main company assets (fixed assets, inventories, cash); Ensure that the compulsory Chinese regulations and Group procedures are respected.
11) To compile, together with the other executives, budgets and forecasts covering all activities of the company.
12) Along with overall company financial responsibility, manages accounting and financial staff, which includes hiring, training and assigning tasks to employees. To motivate staff and identify appropriate training courses for staff and suggest ways to improve the operation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A degree or professional qualifications in finance or accounting, with CPA qualification will be a plus
- At least 10 years experience, some of which was successfully carried out in an Administrative and Finance Manager role in a foreign-invested Group, or Chinese Group with international activities;
- Fluent English mandatory;
- Capacity to analyze and summarize financial data presentations according to several different criteria;
- Rigorous, hard-working, looking for long-standing improvements;
