Essential Responsibilities

• As a strong business & finance parter for China commercial team, drive regional delivery of $235MM TY revenue in 2015.
• Manage deal reviews with Commercial Operations team during negotiations and support approvals on Payment milestones, Policy 5.0 deviations, Letter of credit terms, ensuring that controllership concerns re rev rec related terms are well managed
• Perform customer risk assessment, decide on credit limits & payment terms, manage past dues and support solving commercial disputes
• Credit term review for invividual dealers, managing SXT program and other dealer financing tool initiatives
• Coordinate with GOF team on Oder to collection process ( order release, cash application, collection, VAT invoicing) to ensure accurate AR reporting/ closing and on-time AR collection
• Parterner with controllership team to provide regular order and revenue recognition policy training to commercial & operation team
• Support know your customer process and new customer set up, managing SFDC and SAP work flow
• Support quarterly closing activities in revenue defer (e.g. TDI, extended warranty, rebate defer, 08-1), dealer commission accrual and yearly sales VC past due penalty calculation

Qualifications/Requirements

• 8+ years of Finance experience
• Degree in Finance and/or Accounting/ CPA preferred
• Hands on experience in Commercial Finance preferred
• Fluent English & addt’l language will be an additional advantage
• Good cross-functional communicator, superior presentations and language skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Sound business acumen
• Knowledge of contract processes and proposals
• Ability to support a sales/marketing function
• Proven extremely strong analytical, process and facilitation skills, ability to work under pressure

Desired Characteristics

· Certified Public Accountant or Master's of Business Administration is preferred
· PC proficiency
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
