General Overview：
? Production – Secure, enforce and monitor safety on production shop floor
? Production - Ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.
? Production - Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, and distribution of goods. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity.
? Best Practices - Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
? Human Resources –Implement cross functional training among different shop floors in order to improve talent pool. Plan the use of human resources. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Establish organizational structures. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance.

Tasks & Responsibilities：
? Safety culture enforcement, monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed. Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule
? Implement AM for equipment on production shop floor. Ensure planned KPI’s of efficiency and performance are met or exceeded.
? Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices
? Optimize resource utilization by implementation of an effective production organization. Supervising and motivating a team of workers. Reviewing the performance of subordinates
? Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals
? Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
? Ensure coaching and development of resources to meet business’s objectives.
? Develop and track improvement in reduction of planned down time hours.


Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree in any Engineering field, prefer Mechanical Engineering / Material Science
? 3-5 year experience in production at same position, mostly in Multinational companies will be highly preferred
? Experience in hand tool or metalware preferred
? Familiar with quality tools such as (FMEA, GR&R, 6 Sigma, SPC etc.)
? Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques.
? Knowledge and experience in Lean Production and IE related background.
? Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance.
? Knowledge of process improvement techniques
