Job Purpose/Job Objectives/ 工作目标:
？ Preparation and implementation of new processes, new equipment, production technologies and new product technologies, designs or processes.
？ Work on continuous optimisation of processes with respect to quality, technology, productivity, cost and environmental impact.
？ Support the PQ and prototype production (if necessary also in shift mode)
Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:
？ Continuous consultation with immediate superior about relevant tasks within the department (incl. respective reporting),
？ Communication with external suppliers (equipment or chemical suppliers) and internal relevant department, PE/CAM, CSC and others.
？ Follow environmental and safety regulations.
？ Lead project for process improvement, capability studies, parameter improvement and other topics
？ Ensure technological development and provide process capability study
？ Implementation of relevant norms and standards.
？ Support process relevant procedure steps that aim to use existing resources and materials efficiently.
？ Responsible for installation of new equipment (draw up equipment specifications, make evaluations and technical analyses; put into operation, support qualification and implementation in production)
？ Lead projects in the related processes or department
？ Work in accordance with AT&S quality system. Use templates and databases for documentation.
？ Ensure process standardisation
？ Support production departments in problems solving of key quality and process issues.
？ Successfully completion of new product qualification samples to customer in time

？ Authority to give technical orders to all employees subordinate to this position

Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
？ Completion of higher technical college (preferably with specialisation in electronic, mechanical, Chemical and Process engineering)
？ Experience in related industry required
？ Knowledge of project management, data evaluation and design of experiments advantageous
？ Fluent written and oral English
？ Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel)
？ Good stress management skills
？ Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
？ Team spirit (able to be part of a team and team leader as well)
？ Good communication skills
