1. Production team building in Chongqing plant

2. Production system building in Chongqing plant

3. Ensure production efficiency and delivery

4. Ensure process system efficiency

5. Ensure quality system efficiency

6. Ensure safety system efficiency

7. Lead continuous improvement

8. Work as pilot to coordinate CQ plant administration




Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years in production management position in automotive industry

2. Experience in metal forming is preferred

3. Good understanding of lean production system

4. Initiative for improvement and committed to target under pressure

5. Logic thinking and good teamwork

6. Fluent English
