Asthe largest risk management consulting practice of its kind in Greater China,we have over 1000 professionals dedicated to providing services in CorporateGovernance and Information Technology Risk Consulting.<BR> <BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR> <BR>1、负责或参与企业战略规划和治理管控咨询项目的开发；

2、负责或参与团队执行项目工作，包括项目调研、报告撰写、汇报沟通、辅导实施等；

3、关注战略规划和治理管控前沿和热点问题，撰写专题研究报告；

4、长期关注并研究某一行业发展动态（如快消、能源化工等），研究行业内企业动向，对内外实施培训或参加论坛交流。

Qualification:

1、有上市公司、央企、大型集团企业战略规划和治理管控等实务经验，或在咨询公司从事集团战略规划和治理管控咨询服务经验者优先，或有咨询公司战略规划和治理管控相关咨询项目服务相关经验优先； <BR>2、管理、经济、财务、人力资源管理、理工科等专业硕士、MBA或以上学历； 有能源、商贸物流、快消、医药、房地产等战略规划、治理管控、财务管理等服务经验者优先；<BR>3、有强烈的敬业精神、工作责任心，有优秀的学习能力、创新能力、项目管理能力以及团队意识； 良好的口头表达及书面表达能力，演讲演示水平高，英文良好； <BR>4、能熟练操作电脑，精通powerpoint、word、excel、visio等办公软件； <BR>5、工作态度良好，适应不定时工作和长期出差。
