职位描述
Work Location: Chongqing Chemical Industry Park-Changshou District
Objectives:
Leading all mechanical related activities in dedicated plant and act as interface between operation department and M&E department in mechanical area
Main Responsibilities:
1. Preparing, updating and follow up of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance plan (with ass. mechan. engineer) and execute related activities (including repairs) with own team (one supervisor & and 4 technicians), rotating team and if necessary external service providers
2. Train and develop own team and external service providers (together with contractor controlling team)
3. Preparing major scheduled maintenance activities (e.g. TAR or major repair) with operation department and planning + scheduling / TAR engineer
4. Preparing and updating plant dedicated spare parts stock level with operation department, ass. mechanical engineer and warehouse
5. Implementation of MOC small / medium sized project construction together with TCC and MOC supervisor
6. Ensure together with QA/QC engineer the required quality standards as well as mandatory inspections of mechanical installation (pressure vessels, pressure piping, PSV, ...)
7. Ensure together with EHS department that all mechanical work is been executed according to company and mandatory EHS codes and standards (by internal or external resources)
8. Ensure proper documentation of all executed activities in mechanical area and establish 'weak point analyses'
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 8+ years in mechanical engineering / maintenance in petrochem. or chem. Industry
3. solid knowledge in static equipment and piping, good / basic knowledge of rotating equipment, good understanding of related engineering standards as well as legal requirements, good english communication skills
