JOB OBJECTIVES:
Manages a variety of utilities and raw materials supply contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and operation requirements.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Contract administration and management on utilities and raw materials supply and negotiation of contract amendments;
? Establish and maintain stock levels appropriate for raw materials to daily need;
? Make forecast and purchase plan according to production schedules for utilities and raw materials, communicate with suppliers for requests from the production via pipeline and import supply, and coordinate the communication between plant, suppliers and logistics;
? Communications and coordination of inter-products export, by-products and utilities supply by pipeline and sales order creating accordingly;
? Check the invoices and ensure the payments are following contracts on utilities and raw materials, settle the disputes with suppliers, and ensure the payment paid in order;
? Prepare periodical reports on production status, main products and utilities cost allocation etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor Degree in related field
2. minimum 5 years experience, prefably at commercial or technical area in chemical industry Good communication skills and fluent English in reading and writing
3. has Chemical Engineering or Procurement knowledge

Lead the basic and detailed planning of plant Electrical & Instrument maintenance, Spare parts strategy, Turn around planning & management, Plant modifications (MOC) and small / medium sized projects in the area of Electrical & Instrumentation to ensure the safe, proper and timely implementation of these engineering tasks.
负责对生产装置的电气&仪表维护，备品备件策略，检修计划和管理，技术改造（MOC）和中小型投资项目相关的电气&仪表的计划和方案，以确保其安全，可靠地按时完成。
Main Responsibilities 主要工作职责
- Response to Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance for the plant.
负责所在装置的电气&仪表维护。
- Response for Electrical & Instrumentation’s spare part & strategy for the plant.
负责所在装置的电气&仪表的备品备件及策略。
- Response for Electrical & Instrumentation’s turn around planning and management for the plant.
负责所在装置的电气&仪表大检修的计划和管理。
- Response to update and maintain company engineering standards and technical specification of the electrical and instrumentation.
负责更新和维护公司在电气和仪表的工程技术标准和说明。
- Response for all the engineering working meet companies and company mandatory EHS codes and standards as well as mandatory QA/QC codes and standards.
负责对所做的工程符合公司规定和强制性的EHS / QA/QC规范标准。
- Response to coordinate or lead the related MOC and small / medium sized projects with respect to EHS/Quality/Schedule and costs.
负责协调或领导MOC和中小型项目中相关的EHS / 质量 / 进度和成本方面的工作。
- Response to update and archive the technical documentation in the area of electrical and instrument.

Requirements 要求

- Min. 5 years in E&I engineering / maintenance in petrochemical or chemical industry
五年以上石化电气仪表工程设计 / 维护工作经验。
- Solid knowledge in instrumentation and electrical, good understanding of related engineering standards as well as legal requirements, good computer skills and related software, good English communication skills
掌握相关的仪表和电气知识，熟悉相关工程标准和法律规定，能熟练操作电脑及相关软件，具有良好的英语交流沟通能力。
- Good at analytical thinking, strong team-working and Environmental, Health and Safety awareness
