Position Resonsibility:
? Conduct employee satisfaction survey and analysis report.
? Maintain good relationship with local labor bureau.
? Deal with employee complaint, reward and disciplinary issue.
Daily admin
1. Company admin vehicle management.
2. Employee car parking licence maintenance and part lot management.
3. Employee name card management.
4. Public stuff like Shoe cover, Umbrella, keeps in good condition.
5. Storing and distributing stationery, consumable items, taking related records; make sure the accuracy of the records against the actual situation and all in budget.
6. Admin expense record and cost saving data analyse.
7. Admin payment application applied timely.
8. Other duties as requested

Education and Training:
1. Bachelor degree
2. Be familiar with local labor law and other government regulations on employment.
Experience and Skill:
3. At least 5 years working experiences in HR position and adminstrive in foreign enterprise
4. Professional HR knowledge and experience in all aspects of HR functions, especially for staffing, Compensation & Benefit and Employee Relationship and adminstrive etc.
Personality and Competency:
5. Good in English and computer literacy
6. Excellent inter-personal communication skill and be able to interact with all levels of management and staff.
7. Strong leadership and coaching skill
8. Good presentation skill
