Overall Description:
Aligning with Corporate information technology development direction, to plan, generate and establish IT/AV management process that enable the IT/AV infrastructure and support services of the school to meet with operating goals and standards. To provide CTO and GM(SO) the IT/AV strategies that support the leadership decision in achieving sustainable development of the school.
根据机构科技咨询部门的战略目标，规划、制定并建立IT/AV管理流程，提供IT/AV基础设施及技术服务支持以达到学校经营目标和标准. 为CTO和总经理（学校运营）提供IT/AV战略方案，为学校可持续发展的规划提供支持。

Major Responsibilities:
1. IT/AV System Management IT/AV系统管理
1）Direct, manage and oversee the deployment, execution, maintenance, upgrade and support of all current IT/AV systems which includes but not limited to operating systems, network, servers, databases, telephones, surveillance cameras, software applications and peripherals; 指导、管理并监督所有现行IT/AV系统的部署、执行、维护和升级，包括但不限于操作系统，网络，服务器，数据库，电话系统，视频监控，应用软件及外围设备。
2) Direct, review and approve all written documentation pertaining to IT/AV management, including ITD Operation Handbook, User Manuals, Inventory List, License Agreement, etc. to maintain the most updated archive and keep good track of school's IT/AV assets. 指导、审查及批准所有有关IT/AV管理的文件，包括部门操作手册，使用手册，库存清单，许可协议等，并保留完整档案及IT/AV资产记录。
3) Develop policies concerning purchasing of IT related hardware and software, technology, license, etc.制定IT相关的软件、硬件、技术、账户的采购制度。
4) Lead, supervise and develop direct reporting staff to achieve the maximum productivity; Develop teamwork to enhance communication and coordination within the IT team and with all users. 指导和激励直线下属工作，带领团队高效工作；推动团队合作，提高IT团队内部及与使用者的沟通及协作
5) Plan and manage IT budget to fulfill budget control duties; 制定和管理部门预算，达到预算控制的目标。
6) Supervise Vendor management system, including but not limited to Vendor Sourcing, Tendering, Service Evaluation, Audit, etc., to ensure the compliance to YCIS work ethics, standards and optimal service delivery according to Service Agreement. 监督供应商管理体系，包括但不限于供应商渠道、招投标、服务评估、验资等，确保该流程符合耀中的工作道德要求，供应商及其产品符合耀中标准，并能提供最佳的服务。
7) Work in collaboration with School Leaders to plan and develop an on-going ICT professional learning programme for staff.协助学校领导规划、开发正在进行的ICT培训项目。
8) Liaise with school ICT Leaders to ensure delivery of programmes. 与学校ICT主管合作确保项目实施。
9) Liaise with the ICT Team to develop systems to organize information resources for teacher and student use.协同ICT团队开发信息资源管理系统，便于老师和学生使用。
10) Investigate and pilot new hardware and software solutions for enhanced academic outcomes.研究和试用新的软硬件解决方案，以提高教学成效。
11) Support staff with the use of IT resources such as software and hardware.为全体员工提供IT资源软件及硬件的技术支持。
2. IT/AV Strategies IT/AV 战略
1) Identify and develop IT/AV short-term and long-term development plan, e.g. annual IT development plan, summer project, IT budget, etc. in line with genuine needs of school, and make recommendations to CTO, GM(SO) and school's leadership for strategic decision making. 规划和制定贴合学校需求的IT/AV的短期和长期发展计划，如年度IT发展计划，暑期项目，IT预算等，为CTO、总经理（营运）及学校管理层的战略决策提供支撑。
2) Cooperating Foundation-wide IT/AV guidelines, to develop and implement standard operating policies, procedures and solutions that define IT standards and best practices for the school. 结合机构IT/AV的指导方针，制定并执行标准操作政策、流程和解决方案，树立学校IT标准及最佳处理模式。
3) Communicate effectively with school leadership team to understand all necessary aspects of IT/AV needs, and to ensure internal key stakeholders are fully informed of IT objectives, policies and progress by offering consultation and training. 能有效的与学校管理层沟通，说明IT/AV的需求，通过提供咨询和培训，确保内部相关管理层充分了解IT的目标、政策和进展。
4) Develop standard operating procedures and best practices, including providing written protocols and guidance to IT staff and to end-users. Plan, coordinate, and design all operational activities of the local IT division as well as providing direction, help and support to team members to achieve the maximum productivity.制定标准操作流程和最佳处理方式，包括向部门员工和终端用户提供书面方案和指导。计划、协调及统筹安排部门业务，指导和激励团队成员以提高工作成效。
5) Work closely with CTO / CIO and school’s decision makers to develop, implement and support the defined IT solutions, policies and procedures. Keep current with the latest technologies and determine what new technology solutions and implementations will meet business and system requirements.与CTO/CIO及学校决策层紧密合作，制定、实施并支持明确的IT解决方案、政策及流程。掌握最新技术，并确定可能能够满足业务及系统需求的技术解决方案。
6) To ensure information security across the organization including developing all necessary security and back-up measures.建立必要的安全及备份措施，确保机构内交互信息的安全。
7) Lead, build, manage and motivate the IT team effectively, ensure maximum leverage of resources.领导、建立、管理并激励IT团队的工作效率，确保资源利用最大化。

Requirements and Qualifications:
1.Education Background专业和学历
University degree holder, majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science or IT related area. 要求大学学历，IT专业、计算机科学或IT相关专业者优先考虑。
2.Professional Certificate资格证书
Extensive skills and knowledge in the operations of network, project management, risk management, MS windows server administration/ Mac OS, computer related hardware and software application. Knowledge of software programming is a plus. 在网络、项目管理、风险管理及 MS windows server服务器/Mac OS，电脑软件和硬件应用等方面的操作和运用有丰富的经验和技巧，如具备软件编程方面知识更佳。
3.Working Experience 工作经验
8 year above work experience in corporate IT position, preferred experience gained with multinational organizations.需8年及以上在公司IT相关工作经验，如有跨国企业工作经验更佳。
4.Managerial Experience 管理经验
Minimum 3 year in managerial role.至少具有3年管理经验。
