Job Description for Marketing Executive
Main responsibilities:
？ Execute marketing events/seminars to ensure the company image well-presented and maximize the ROI
？ Edit content for internal and external communications, such as promotional publications, web pages, press release, social media, internal newsletter and intranet articles
？ Monitor the automotive market dynamics and conduct market researches as required
？ Manage the inventory of imprint materials includes dispatch, in-out stock recording, work-with production centre/external vendors to ensure adequate stock within budget
？ Other back-house support and routines if necessary
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience
- Bachelor degree from an accredited university, majored in Marketing, Business Administration, economics, Journalism, or English;
- Self-motivated and willing to collaborate with business/operation departments to implement projects and see-through to completion;
- Multi-task handler with strong time management skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills and team work spirit;
- Strong written and verbal skills (both in Chinese & English)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Insight of e-marketing/social media is a plus
- Photoshop and/or graphic design & SEO experience is a plus
