RESPONSIBILITIES
?Establish Unsecured Loan Specialist (ULS) team
建立个人信用贷款顾问销售团队
?Lead Sales team to deliver business goal
带领销售团队达成绩效目标
?Conduct team training, motivation and coaching to improvement sales productivity
以训练激励及教导强化销售团队生产力
?Lead and coach team to deliver excellent service and ensure sales quality
领导并教育团队提供优质服务及确保销售品质
?Build risk concept to sales team to cooperate with risk management to maintain satisfied loan quality
建立销售团队风险观念并与风管单位合作以维护满意的贷款品质
?Work with product manager in sales training, process and fulfillment
与产品经理合作开发销售培训课程、销售流程和管理规划
?Ensure that loan advisor sales activities are conducted within the approved compliance and regulatory framework.
严格遵守各项销售管理和内控规定
KEY REQUIREMENTS
?Candidate should exhibit sales coaching skill and management skills
具备业务教导能力和管理水平
?Candidate should possess excellent service and working attitude, able to perform under pressure, is sales driven and able to motivate and coach effective
服务热诚,具有强烈企图心,勇于挑战高业绩
?Candidate should be strategic in thinking and meticulous and disciplined in execution
具备策略发展规划能力和较强的执行力
?Possess knowledge of risk management
具备风险知识
?College graduate or above, bachelor degree or above is preferred.
大专以上毕业,学士学位以上优先
?Work experience: Minimum 2 years of direct sales or 1 year sales management experience in credit card , insurance, personal loan or related finance products
具有两年以上信用卡、保险、个人贷款等金融相关领域销售经验或一年销售管理经验者优先
?Highly integrity
