General requirement:
_Good English in reading and writing
_Bachelor degree, Major in accounting and finance or related field.
_Minimum 3 years’ experience in AR & Sales, Experience in ERP, Fourth Shift preferable.
-Working under pressure, highly dedicate, Strong self-motivation, Proactive problem solving skills
_Strong communication and coordinating sense

Key responsibilities and Objectives

1. Responsible for invoice issuing for domestic and exports.
2.Customer information maintenance in ERP system
3. Monthly AR reconciliation with Customer.
4. Monthly sales report preparation
5. Check the consistency between sales order and quotation price
6 FG Shipment information checking in ERP
7. Assist GL accountant on AR and sales forecast
8. Finish AR aging analysis, Timely clear overdue AR
9 Complete sales structure and gross margin analysis
10.AR voucher preparation and monthly AR closing
11. Actively coordinating with China office. on sales order/invoice etc.
12. Monthly AR Sales and AR reconciliation with GL account, Highlight all risk of AR
13 Push AR collection
14. Complete relative statistic report required by local government.
15. Assist cashier work on bank/SAFE etc.
16. Take other responsibilities assigned by Financial Manager
Key Internal/External Interfaces
_Sales company of China office, Each relative dept. of the company, especially logistic dept.
Experience and Qualification
_ At least 3 years of AR & Sales working experience in MNC factory
_Good experience in Ms office(Excel/Word/Power Point etc.)
_Good logical thinking; Strong analysis ability;
_Result and quality orientation
-Good responsibility, good team work spirit; Task driven, Be active;
-Quick response to task, independently work
-Honesty, serious and careful work attitude.
_Knowledge of PRC and US generally accepted accounting principles
