职位职能: 质量管理/测试工程师(QA/QC工程师)
职位描述:

工作职责 Responsibility：
1.指导生产过程中的质量控制和相关问题
Direct the production process quality control and related issues.
2.全面分析问题，提出改进和预防措施并紧跟团队
Non-conformity analyses and make corrective and preventive plan and follow up with team.
3.对生产过程中出现的缺陷和顾客抱怨的问题提出持续改进措施，并按计划实施
Regarding to the defect in process and customer complaint, make a continual improvement plan and action implemented.
4.收集和分析相关质量数据，协助质量主管进行相关工作
Collect and analyze the related quality data, record and report, support quality supervisor for the related work.
5.和车间领导和制造工程师一起进行?过程审核，分析潜在问题并及时更新控制计划
Process audit monthly with workshop leader and manufacturing engineer, lead to analyze potential risk and update Control plan.
6.完成领导安排的其他工作
The other work raised by leader.

要求 Qualification：
1.熟悉APQP,PPAP,FMEA,MAS,SPC Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC
2.熟悉8D报告 Familiar with 8D
3.熟悉质量工具Familiar with quality tools
4.熟悉TS16949要求Familiar with TS16949 requirement
5.熟悉冲压、焊接和涂装知识Familiar with stamping, welding or painting process
6.良好英语读写能力Fluent English speaking, reading, writing, listening
