工作概述Summary of the job:
˙负责材料计划及生产计划的下达，合理控制库存，满足客户的生产需求
Responsible for material planning and production schedule, inventory control, satisfy customer’s demand

主要工作职责Essential duties and responsibilities:
˙读取客户计划，分析客户的需求波动，与客户窗口人员保持密切沟通 Download customer schedule, analysis the demand variation, and keep in touch with the customer contact window.
˙根据客户需求，定期组织公司相关部门评估资源情况，合理进行生产安排 According to customer schedule, regularly organize relative department to review our resource and make out the production plan.
˙材料计划下达及库存控制，定期回顾安全库存，在确保生产顺利进行的同时避免额外运费的产生 Release material plan and inventory control, regularly review the safety stock，to ensure production proceeding and no extra freight.
˙跟踪工程变更，避免呆滞库存 ECN tracking，and avoid dead stock.
˙供应商管理，跟踪供应商的发货，尤其是进口材料的运输及清关 Supplier management，follow up suppliers delivery，especially the import parts transportation and customs clearance.
˙MRP的运行及基础数据的维护 MRP running and basic information maintenance.
˙配合相关部门的工作，提供相应的支持Co-operation with correlative department to provide the corresponding support.
˙与采购、供应商联系，在化料到货前获取MSDS Keep in touch with Purchase and supplier, get MSDS before the chemical material arrival.

任职资格Qualification：
˙本科以上学历，2年以上制造型企业的计划工作经验 Bachelor Degree Above with 2 years planning experience in industry fields
˙具有高度的责任心及良好的沟通协调能力，能承担较大的工作压力Be with high responsibility and good teamwork player, can work under great pressure
˙良好的计算机操作能力，熟悉ERP系统 Good PC skill，be familiar with ERP system
˙英语听说读写熟练 Excellent English in listening、speaking、reading and writing
