Position Title: Telesales Executive

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

- Cold-callings to secure appointments.

- Promoting and selling Media Monitors / SinoFile services through professional
telesales skills.

- Establish prospect profile

- Achieving / exceeding targets.

Research and internal dissemination of product, service, competitor, industry
and market intelligence.

POSITION ATTRIBUTES:

- Strong experience in telesales

- Demonstrated success in a sales environment

- Strong telesales skills

- Ability to handle objection

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both Chinese and

Essential knowledge

- Computer literate

- Media intelligence industry knowledge

- Sales markets knowledge

- General knowledge of current issues in the media

- Bilingual



Desirable

- Media and/or communications industry experience

- Tertiary qualifications in relevant principle
