Basic Purpose

• Responsible for company product development and technical management, implement product improvement
  plan to achieve market requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the product development and application, meeting the requirements of customers and products for
  performance, cost and raw materials.
• Learn the newest technical information on the global technical platform, participate in the global technical development, integration and introduction.
• Development and localization of new products, improvement of product performance based on the requirements of local markets.
• Oversee daily lab operation to ensure the lab operated smoothly and effectively.
• Establish effective communication with sales teams and support to resolve technical problems of customers.
• Establish department and personal goals of development. Pay much attention to the team building.
• Take part in the annual audit of ISO 9001 and 14001.

Position Requirements

Education:

• Master degree or above, major in chemistry and chemical engineering, lubricants and additives related.

Skills:

• Strong management skills to enhance team enthusiasm.
• Good command of product structure and properties, and application. Having management knowledge, be
  familiar with ISO9001 and CMM management criterion.
• Strong English skills, in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
