Essential Duties and Responsibilities
工作职责

负责制定公司整体IT 策略并执行;
Establishing and implementation of IT strategy and policy
负责编制年度IT预算,控制每月IT类资本费用支出;
Developing annual IT budget, controlling monthly IT Capex and expenditure
负责新工厂IT 布置规划和实施;
Be responsible for the IT relevant layout and implementation on new plant
负责日常IT设备软、硬件的申购，维护和管理。对IT设备的采购提出指导性建议;
Be responsible for IT hardware and equipment purchasing, maintenance and management. Providing professional advice to IT equipment purchasing.
负责公司局域网、外网的建设、管理工作.内部账号、邮箱等网络资源的权限分配管理工作
Be responsible for the company LAN, WAN network construction, internal accounts, email and network resources allocation management.
负责公司网络、通讯的维护以及相关供应商管理
Be responsible for the management and maintenance of telecommunication and network and relevant supplier;
负责公司服务器及其相关设备的安全管理及维护，包括但不限于：文件服务器、域控服务器、ERP服务器、数据库服务器、网站服务器、UPS系统、核心网络设备
Be responsible for the company server and other relevant facilities management and maintenance, including but not limited to file server, domain server, ERP server, database server, web server, UPS system and key network equipment etc.
负责公司IT及相关外设设备分发、登记与管理
Be in charge of the application and management of IT equipments as well as the distribution
协同主导公司信息、网络安全，硬软件工具应用的培训工作
Leading the training for company information, internet security as well as the implementation of hardware and software, etc
协助公司对ERP系统的日常维护
Supporting the daily management of company ERP system
协助配合财务部进行IT固定资产的管理和盘存清点工作
Assisting the finance department with the IT fixed assets inventory check
主管安排的其他工作

Qualifications & Skills:
任职资格

计算机应用相关专业大专以上学历
College degree or above Major in IT or related
4年以上制造业IT工作经验
Four years IT working experience in manufacturing.
熟悉计算机软硬件知识；
Be familiar with IT knowledge relevant to software and hardware
熟悉网络安全管理
Mastering in internet security management
基本的英语听说读写能力
Basic capability in written & spoken English
积极主动，有较好的沟通能力
Be proactive, good communication skill
