Job Purpose/Job Objectives/ 工作目标:
？ Initiate and coordinate all activities to maintain and improve the quality management system in the company.
？ Maintain and develop the SAP quality module in the company.
Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:
？ Initiate all necessary actions to prepare for external certifications.
？ Ensure that the QMS is adapted to new external requirements.
？ Ensure that documentation rules are considered throughout the company.
？ Elaborate documentation rules.
？ Ensure that Quality Databases support the daily business
？ Execute internal QMS training.
？ Check and point out weaknesses in QMS continuously.
？ Prepare the internal audit plan
？ Execute internal audits
？ Support external audits (agenda, internal information, accompanying auditors …)
？ Trace corrective and preventative actions, resulting from audits
？ Support other departments in preparation of QM-documents
？ Prepare quality reporting (weekly, monthly, yearly)
？ Maintaining SAP tables and functions
？ Other Job assignment from superior.
？ 完成其他由公司主管安排的工作
Managerial Functions/ 管理职能:
？ Motivation and encouragement of all employees to adhere to QM rules
？ Define and supervise all necessary actions in the company to achieve external quality certificates (ISO/TS16949)

Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
？ Technical background (Bachelor +), experience in related industry preferred
？ Broad experience in quality standards (ISO 9001, QS9000)
？ Fluent in English
？ Strong analytical skills
？ Leadership, decisiveness and social skills
？ Ability to represent the company to external organisations(certification bodies)
