Job Purpose/Job Objectives/ 工作目标:
？ Maintain and improve the product quality level in the respective department.
？ Ensure the fulfilment of customer requirements.
Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:
？ Monitor compliance with quality procedures throughout the department.
？ Define and support necessary measurements to assure and improve product quality.
？ 3rd instance to decide about block/release/scrap/rework of products in case of potential defects.
？ 3rd instance to decide about block/release of processes in case of potential product defects.
？ Assure that new equipment/processes/tools become qualified.
？ Coach and manage QEs and QLMs.
？ Assess potential impacts/risks in case of product deviations.
？ Find root causes for product deviations, define and follow up improvement actions.
？ Develop methods for inspection, testing, sampling to improve quality level.
？ Assure correct use of inspection methods (in particular SPC).
？ Conduct internal audits.
？ Provide and update quality related to documentation (CP, FMEA…).
？ Execute/join qualification process of new equipment / processes / base materials / tools.
？ Execute qualification test of new employees.
？ Project work for new technologies.
？ Support continuous improvement process.
？ Quality reporting.
？ Hiring, training and managing QEs and QLMs.
？ Other Job assignment from superior.
？ 完成其他由公司主管安排的工作
Managerial Functions/ 管理职能:
？ Leadership, motivation and encouragement of QE and QLM/QC staff.
？ Define job content, provide necessary training and assure qualification of QE and QLM/QC staff.
？ Set priorities and assure execution of commitments with QE and QLM/QC staff.
Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
？ Technical education on higher level (preferably with specialisation in chemistry or process engineering), experience in related industry advantageous.
？ Basic knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9000, QS 9000 and TS16949).
？ Works independently.
？ Strong analytical skills.
？ Fluent in English.
？ Stress resistant.
？ Precise and open communication.
？ Familiar with MS Office Package (Word, Excel).
？ Familiar with Minitab, Mindmap.
？ Team spirit.
