岗位职责：

1. Analyses the training information and summarize the training needs to figure out the the annual training plan
分析培训资讯，总结培训需求，制定年度培训计划；

2. Development the training course and implementation of teaching
开发培训课程并实施培训教案；

3. Follow up the training effect and modify the training plan or training course.
跟进培训效果并据此调整相关的培训计划或培训课程；

4. Ensure that the trainning’s equipment are in good condition.
维护培训设备使之运行正常；

5. Familiar with the HRIS ;Maintains and updates all training records in HRIS.
熟练使用HRIS系统,维护并更新相关的培训记录；

6. Be responsible for training budgeting and ensures that actual cost is below or within the training budget
对培训预算负责,控制培训支出使之低于或等于培训预算；

7. Support the people development program and conduct on-the-floor coaching
支持人员的发展计划，对一线人员进行一对一带教；

8. Lead the performance management activities in the city
负责公司的绩效考核活动；

9. Coordinate and organize employee activities and culture building programs
组织员工活动，推进公司文化建设；

任职条件：

· Minimum of 3 years experience in retail training ; experience in management training and development program is more preferred
至少三年以上的零售行业的销售培训经验； 有人员管理培训和人员发展项目经验优先考虑
· Bachelor Degree qualified in Human Resources or other related field
人力资源或相关专业的本科学历
Good English especially in reading and writing
良好的英文表达能力， 特别是在读写方面
Proficient in Mcrsoft operation
精通办公软件操作
Good communication and influencing skill
良好的沟通能力及影响力
Self-motivated , willing to learn and being able to work under pressure
较强的学习能力， 能自我激励及在压力下工作
