？ Coordination of all operative activities that are necessary to ensure the fully utility availability of the plant facilities
所有确保厂区设备全效运行的工作协调。
？ Support operation team to guarantee availability and stability power supply for all equipments in the plant and fix a breakdown in the electrical field.
协助运营组确保厂区设备稳定、有效的电源供应以及电气系统的故障维修。
？ Guarantee most effective and efficient use of available human and material resources.
确保人力和物料资源的效率最大化。
？ Comply with AT&S EHS regulations.

？ Ensure plant electric safety by carry out the relevant rules and regulation of China.
遵守中国相关的法律法规以确保厂区的电气安全。
Responsibilities and Main Tasks/ 主要职责和任务:
？ Coordinate all operative activities in the electrical field (HV system, power distribution system, Door access system and all electrical system of equipment in the facility department), coordinate modifications and improvements at the plants.
协调在电气领域（包括高低压供配电系统、门禁系统以及工程设施部设备的电气系统）的运行操作，进行厂区的系统改造。
？ Coordinate all new installation and modification in the hool-up field (electric, network, PCW, DI, SW, CW work),make sure all machines working stably in whole plants.
协调在设备安装（包括电气，网络，工艺冷却水，去离子水，软水，生活水安装工作）的新增及改造工作，确保厂区所有设备运行稳定。
？ Work with consultant and design institute for the design review, coordinate the contractor work and ensure project quality. Report the project progress in own field; ensure the project finish in schedule.
？ 负责参与电气图纸设计，项目施工，确保项目进度及项目质量。
？ Recruiting of staff for own area, coordinate training and further education.
本专业领域内的职员招聘并进行持续性培训。
？ Authority to instructions to employee’s disciplinary subordinate to this position.
员工服务于本职岗位的专业指导。
？ Build the strong and efficiency team in facility department.
在工程设施部内组建高效的团队。
？ Establish the perfect regulations for our HV/LV system running.
建立有效的高、低压系统运行规章制度。
？ Ensure the operation of monitor and door access system, Net cable system smoothly. Maintenance the plant LV system.
确保门禁及监控系统、网络系统的稳定运行。厂区低压系统的维护保养。
？ Carry out preventive and operative maintenance of facilities system.
对设备系统进行预防性维护保养。
？ Create operation and maintenance SAP of HV system, main electric equipment, and all LV system, and work out process instructions in cooperation with the relevant engineer.
制定高低压系统、主要电气设备SAP项目，在相关工程师的协助下编写作业指导书。
？ Ensure the safety operation regulations, check the switches, cables, safety tools and instruments and ensure them in normal operation condition.
明确安全操作规章制度，检查开关、电缆、安全工具并确保其处于良好状态。
？ Assist IT Dept to maintenance the Net cable distribution system.
协助信息技术部进行网络分布系统的维护保养。
？ Arrange the relevant training for our HV/LV electrician on electrical safety and skill.
为高低压电工安排关于安全和技术方面的相关培训。
？ Provide spare parts, work documentation and resources at the right time and in sufficient manner.
及时准备充足详尽的备品备件和工作文档。
？ Working with contractor technicians to fulfil the task.
与供应商合作完成任务。
？ Comply with EHS rules.
遵守员工安全及环境保护方针。

Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
？ Above University degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related majors or equivalent technical degree with a minimum of 3 years of designing, start up and sustaining.
机电专业大学本科以上，或其他相关专业至少三年从业经验。
？ Knowledge of relevant codes and operation regulations.
了解相关规范和操作规程。
？ Five years above with equipment maintenance and trouble shooting experience in electrical engineering field.
在电气领域具有五年以上的设备维护和故障检修经验。
？ Hands-on maintenance/operation working experience in mechanical/electrical equipment, ability to get down to work if necessary.
具有机电设备方面的维护保养工作经验。
？ Working experience in Electronic/Semiconductor plant is preferred.
具有在半导体或电子行业工作的经验者优先。
？ Good stress management skills, Hard-working and able to work under the pressure。
具有良好的管理技巧，并能够承受相当的工作压力。
？ Team spirit (able to be part of team and team leader as well).
具有良好的团队精神。
？ Good written and oral English.

？ Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel), Process control system.
