Job Purpose/Job Objectives/ 工作目标:
？ Coordination of all activities that are necessary to guarantee an optimum availability of machinery at the plant
？ 确保生产设备的正常工作
？ Guarantee most effective and efficient use of available resources (machinery, equipment (installations), auxiliary and raw materials and spare parts)
？ 确保公司资源的正确使用.
Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:
？ Decrease the equipments downtime and keep it running smoothly
？ 降低设备的停机时间,确保生产设备的正常工作
？ Cooperate with production department work together for the through put and quality
？ 协调与生产部门的工作,保证产品的产量与质量
？ Cooperate with purchase department for the spare part service and working material
？ 协调与采购部的工作,管理备件,服务的定购
？ Coordinate repairs in permanent consideration of quality requirements
？ 确保维修质量及时完成所有的维修
？ Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance of machinery (final control) within work shifts
？ 对预防性和预测性保养进行有效的控制及管理
？ Follow process documentation
？ 提供并执行相应的程序文件
？ Coordinate education and continuous training of employees respectively within the department
？ 持续为部门员工进行培训
？ Provide employees with necessary information and data
？ 及时提供工作所需的信息和数据
？ Observe various regulations (environment, safety at work)
？ 遵守公司的规章制度
？ Check and maintain discipline within department (breaks, work attire, obligation to carry ID etc.)
？ 检查并管理部门内部的劳动纪律
？ Other Job assignment from superior.
？ 完成其他由公司主管安排的工作
Managerial Functions/ 管理职能:

Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
？ Completed technical education Higher technical college specialised in mechanical or electrical engineering
？ 机电专业,本科以上学历
？ At least 3 years of experience in similar position within maintenance department
？ 3年以上相关工作经验
？ Ability to get down to work in case of problems
？ 有实际动手经验,能独立完成维修工作
？ Fluent written and oral English
？ 较强的英语读写能力,流利的英语口语
？ Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel)
？ 能熟练运用MS-Office SAP ,Lotus Notes计算机技术
？ Team spirit (able to be part of team and team leader as well)
？ 良好团队合作精神
？ Good communication skills
？ 良好沟通能力
