Job Purpose/Job Objectives/ 工作目标:
？ Administrative and technical coordination of maintenance department.
Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:
？ Sustainable optimisation of maintenance process and procedures in order to meet all requirements regarding quality, productivity and costs.
？ Recruiting of employees for this area of responsibility
？ Process Owner ship of maintenance process.
？ Coordination of all activities at the maintenance department in permanent consideration of quality and cost requirements
？ Cooperate in permanent improvements in production equipment
？ Set up and continuously improve a preventive and predictive maintenance system.
？ Provide basis for planning and decision making
？ Keep and improve close contacts to internal and external suppliers
？ Localization of spare parts.
？ Setup and Integration of consignment stocks for spare parts include frequent update.
？ Implementation and realization of TS16949 ( TS-2) and EN ISO 14001
？ Check and maintain discipline within department (breaks, work attitude, obligation to carry ID, etc.)
？ Continuous consultation with Production Manager about relevant tasks within the department (incl. respective reporting)

Managerial Functions/ 管理职能:
？ Authority to give instructions and disciplinary subordination of employees of Maintenance department and, in exceptional cases, also to employees of other departments
Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
？ Good team player and team leader
？ Technical Background in electrical and / or mechanical engineering required.
？ Experience in related industry advantageous.
？ Professional Experience in Team Leading required.
？ Fluent written and oral English
？ Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel, SAP)
？ Good stress management skills
？ Integrated and Interdisciplinary thinking and acting
？ Proficiency in project management
？ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
