生产部技术员
岗位职责:
1、编制实施生产焊接控制方案,新项目焊接设备及工装的联合调试与验收;
2、新焊接工艺的跟踪及导入,向焊接操作人员提供必要的软,硬件培训;
3、开发并制定焊接设备维护,维修方案及计划;制定备件管理计划;
4、积极响应生产和技术支持维修人员的需求;
5、制定和执行标准化焊接指导手册以执行生产焊接检查和工艺检查包括数据采集;
6、和制造商及供应商一起验证电气与计算机程序的设计和制造是否正确;
任职要求:
1、中专及以上学历;
2、汽车制造行业两年以上焊接生产线的实际工作经验,熟悉焊接质量判定及检测。。
3、熟悉并能熟练掌握各种金属材料(特别是不锈钢)的焊接特性,并能根据不同的金属材料选取合适的焊接材料;
4、熟悉机器人及专业焊接工艺,熟练掌握焊接机器人的调试操作,编程;对生产现场的焊接参数进行有效控制;熟悉焊接专机的工作原理并能调整;
5、熟悉电阻焊设备的结构和工作原理、性能参数,具备一定的实际维修能力;
良好的计算机水平;良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力;
有排气行业工作经验者优先;
质量部技术员
岗位职责:
1. 配合公司完成体系审核、过程审核和产品审核,并制定和跟踪纠正预防措施的实施
2. 依据控制计划的需求,制订生产过程检验规程;
3. 监督和检查生产现场的质量表现;控制和管理不合格产品的隔离;有权制止公司内部的任何不符合现象的发生。
4. 用质量工具分析过程的状况,提出改进产品质量的措施;组织编制内部8D报告,跟踪纠正和预防措施的实施,评价其结果。
5. 进行质量培训,指导检验员的工作
6. 参与检验工作,会使用三坐标优先
任职要求:
1. 中专及以上学历,汽车制造行业三年以上现场质量工作经验;
2. 熟悉TS16949,具备TS16949内审员证书,熟悉质量工具,具备SPC、MSA、APQP、PPAP、FMEA等方面的专业知识
3. 熟悉机械加工工艺,如冲压、焊接等;
4. 具有实施体系审核、过程审核、产品审核的经验;
5. 熟悉产品质量问题的处理流程,具有分析及解决质量问题的经验和能力,如8D。
物流部仓库管理员
岗位职责:
1、管理仓储和运输供应商的日常操作;
2、负责仓储&运输 供应商KPI管理 ;
3、 负责在线配送,满足生产班组物料需求;
4、负责仓储&运输 CIP 项目,提高效率,降低成本;
5、处理客户投诉,提高物流服务水平;
6、及领导分配的其他任务
任职要求:
1、中专及以上学历,物流类专业优先;
2、3年以上制造行业物流经验,汽车行业优先,有整体工厂物流规划经验和包装技术经验优先;
3、良好的沟通、协调能力,具备独立组织各类活动和解决问题的能力
4、较强的分析能力和业务执行能力
5、熟悉办公软件

工作职责:
