Job Description
- Coordinate the China facilities to ensure a 365/24/7 operation according company operating procedures and financial guidelines.
- Direct responsibility Shanghai site operation, Support operation and drive renovation and real estate projects for China sites
- Scope: Facilities, Admin, safety and security of people/goods, landscape/premises, Shuttle Busses, cafeteria, etc.
- Source for subcontractors, materials, supplies, equipments to maintain and manages the buildings requirements.
- Manage cleaners, service providers, e.g. Cafeteria, security guards and existing maintenance contracts.
- Liaise with facility related authorities, contractors, suppliers and industry park to ensure healthy and smooth operation.
- Upkeep of records and contracts

Requirements
- M&E graduate with appropriate licenses for Building control and management
- At least 5 years’ relevant working experience
- Senior level and well experienced in liaising and negotiating with authorities, contractors, suppliers and vendors to meet commercial building standards.
- Well versed with EHS, CSR and Environmental audit issues
- Hands on experience in facility management
- IT savvy
