Responsibility:
- Reports to Regional Controller and lead a Finance team with 3 subordinates to take care of the legal entities in Shanghai
- Monthly, Quarterly and Annually reporting both Corporate GAAP reporting and China GAAP reporting
- GL, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Payments, Treasury etc. routine works
- Taxation including closely work with agents/consultants
- Align with Internal and External auditing
- SOX compliance
- Closely work with Shared Service for Payable, T&E, Intercompany DN/CN etc.
- Seek for the opportunity to improve Finance/Accounting process
- Monitor and review the performance of the subordinates and develop plans growth for their career
- Other jobs assigned by Regional Controller

Qualification:
- 8+ year experience in finance and accounting field with at least 4 years manager/supervisor experience
- Bachelor degree or above
- High integrity and without negative records in previous career
- Good learning skill
- Teamwork sprit
- Fluent English
- Good communication skill
- SAP experience will be plus
- Familiar with taxations (VAT, Business Tax, Income Tax etc.) in Shanghai
- Knowledge with US GAAP and IFRS, very familiar to China GAAP
- Hands-on for detailed works
