Job description
- Work as trusted advisers in educating, designing and enabling win/win uses of IBM technologies within their Business Partner's solutions
- Conduct technical enablement sessions to BPs
- Evaluate technical capabilities and develop plans to address skills gaps, help distributors develop downstream BP skills
- Provide technical assistance to the BPs to migrate, tune and optimize the applications/solutions on various IBM platforms
- Accelerate learning of newly recruited BPs, identify and resolve pervasive skills and program issues and apply knowledge of technical programs, tools and initiatives
- Support BPs to address opportunities by engaging with technical resources
Requirement:
1. BS degree, CS major preferred
2. UNIX knowledge (or Linux) with System Management experience
3. Power deep pre-sales(or post-sales) knowledge
4. Storage deep pre-sales(or post-sales) knowledge
5. Competitive analysis uknowledge
6. Linux and POWER know-how
7. AIX system performance theory and experience
8. VMware deep knowledge
9. X86 marketing knowledge
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 1 year experience in UNIX knowledge (or Linux) with System Management experience
English: Fluent
