The IA mandate is to ensure, through appropriate examination and discussion, that all business units of the Company have adequate, efficient and cost effective financial systems including appropriate documentation, reporting, systems of internal control which are in compliance with Corporate policies and standards, as they exist from time to time.
Reports to the Executive Director of Internal Audit

Requirements and Responsibilities
- Accounting - CA, CGA, CMA or CPA.
- Information Technology (IT) - CISA, CISSP, MSCE.
- Other - CFE, CIA, CPIM, P.Eng. etc.
- Language skills (fluency) Chinese and English (Korean abilities are an advantage).

- recognized international accounting designation is a must.
- Experience with IT systems and IT system general controls (someone who can audit IT departments) is a must
- Age 30-35 is preferred (i.e. professional guys who can be put into leading positions of our finance/accounting
departments or Groups).

Technical requirements (very good working knowledge):
- Open Text or similar central repository systems.
- Microsoft Office(Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities:
- Provides audit details to Internal Audit Management and Local Management on a daily basis;
- Executes assigned audit functions with due care and in a professional manner;
- Signs-Off work ready for audit closing meeting with local management.
- Includes Financial (approx 60%), Operational, Special and Sarbanes Oxley (approx 40%) audits;
- Has leadership abilities to ensure audit team functions as expected by IA standards.
- Other duties and tasks may be assigned as required by the Executive Director or VP.

Travel is required mostly in Asia, normally Monday to Friday and ranges between 50 and 90% depending on demand fluctuations (Sunday travel may be necessary in some instances).
