职位描述
Position Summary:
To support Magna International China's finance responsibilities and initiatives; including internal controls financial training, financial reviews and financial reporting systems
Responsibilities:
? Participate in the design, development and roll-out of a financial training curriculum at finance meetings and
divisional workshops
? Perform divisional on-site reviews of balance sheet accounts
? Support the product groups in the internal audit follow-up process
? Assist in the delivery of training and technical support in the divisional financial reporting process
? Preparation of financial reports as required
? Assist Magna's tax and treasury departments to implement solutions as needed
? Foster and maintain relationships with divisional controllers and Group finance teams
Qualifications/Skills/Education:
? Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
? Professional accounting or auditing designation
? 3-5 years work experience (preferably at an international audit firm)
? Strong time management and problem solving skills
? Excellent English language skills written and spoken
? Strong communication, written, and presentation skills
? Advanced experience in Microsoft Office and other financial applications an asset
? A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work independently and with
minimal supervision in order to meet tight deadlines
? Ability to travel to Divisions and Group Offices as required
