岗位职责 ：
1. 负责公司前台接待及电话接转；
2. 收发传真，复印文档，收发快递、信件、报刊、文件等；
3. 受理会议室预约，协调会议时间，下发会议通知，布置会议室；
4. 预订火车票、飞机票、酒店；
5. 协助购置办公设备、办公用品，负责发放及记录；
6. 做好公司环境卫生管理，负责公司防火、防盗等安全管理工作，负责维护电脑、打印机等文
印设备，发现故障，及时通知维修人员修复，确保设备正常使用；
7. 协助上级处理各种文档。

岗位要求：
1. 大专或以上学历，专业不限
2. CET-4级或以上，英语听说读写良好
3. 熟练运用电脑及OFFICE软件
4. 工作仔细勤快，责任心强，团队合作佳
5. 投递简历时请随附近期免冠证件照一张
