职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support and facilitate ongoing growth and cost reduction by conducting Kaizen events, VSM, and lean training as needed.
· Development and promotion of flow in both manufacturing and administrative processes to eliminate waste
· Lead and guide lean initiatives within the plant
· Assist in the development of a lean strategy to be implemented plant wide.
· Help drive/sustain a continuous improvement culture
· Drive visual management into all aspects of the manufacturing environment
· Establish new processes to eliminate waste and streamline flow and processes using lean methodologies
· Optimize manufacturing processes to attain product quality, efficiency, and process repeatability.
· Develop lean manufacturing metrics.
· Share and standardize best practices and processes.
· Develop and administer standard work practices/employee training.
· Provide training, coaching and mentoring.
· Employ leadership and project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time to meet objectives
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor/Master degree
- Background in production (Automotive)
- Min. 2-year experiences in Lean, 6Sigma,...
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Strong organisation and communication skills
