Job Purpose/Job Objectives/ 工作目标:
？ Industrialization and mass production implementation of new product concepts and processes
？ Establish concepts and process workflows on the ground of cost saving and fulfillment of all qualitative and environmental aspects
Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:
？ Provide feasibility studies of new concepts and ideas
？ Define new process work flows
？ Develop and design of new products, technologies, equipment, processes and production lines
？ Provide new product, process and equipment specifications
？ Coordinate several in parallel running projects
？ Ensure appropriate resources are available and provide necessary support to all associated projects
？ Define authority and responsibility within the projects and programs
？ Coordinate tasks and activities across vendors
？ Provide necessary reports and documentation for knowledge transfer for internal and external customers
？ Information share across company, upper and senior management
？ Provide suggestions to upper and senior management for future investment decisions
Managerial Functions/ 管理职能:
？ Define necessary infrastructure an engineering capacity across
？ Define authorities and responsibilities across projects
？ Manage links between projects
？ Emphasise the coordinating and prioritizing of resources across projects
Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
？ Technical background
？ Degree from higher technical college plus several years of professional experience
？ Experience in related industry
？ Fluent written and oral English
？ Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel), SAP, Mini Tab
？ Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
？ Good team player and team leader, Integrated and interdisciplinary thinking and acting
？ Good communication and negotiation skills
