1.Recruitment
Be responsible for all CS general level positions in Shanghai including CV screening, interview, offer proposal and communication with hiring managers.
Be responsible for training qualification selection from HR perspective.
Support recruiting job for CS positions in other branch offices when necessary.
Manage and improve the process of technical test for recruitment.
Update internal posting for opening positions and publish recruiting notice on internal note board.

2.HR projects
Take charge of the watchmaking school enrolment
Support HRBP on CS project to improve organization effectiveness and efficiency
Help implement HR programs of C&B, training and development, performance appraisal and any other HR function task if needed.

3.Employee Relationship
Sit in CSCC, provide daily consultation to SH CS staffs.
Communicate with CS general staff, especially with the key watchmaker/CSR to understand their needs and give feedback to HRBP and CS management timely.
Work together with workshop teamleader and give professional HR suggestions on people management;
Manage NGHS students engagement program and interpret Group information/culture to school.

4.HR Operation
New staff on board process;
Separation process and exit interview;
Coordinate the internal transfer and promotion process;
Monthly maintain CS organization charts and do some data report as CS required.

Requirements

3-5 years in HR functions
Solid interview skill for general position
Good communication skills and coordination skills.
Familiar with labour laws and HR regulations
Bachelor degree
Fluent English in written and oral
Computer skill
