6) 建立产线及生产工具认证计划

7) 监控ECN/ECO在工厂的执行情况

8) 完成流程文件及工业化文档的归集

9) 支持并满足售后需求/海外试产需求

4.有无线产品或消费类电子制造经验

5.有生产物流及产品制造经验

JOB Description:

1)Responsible & support to ensure that production start on time and achieve delivery target compliance with project schedule & milestone (particularly during Ramp up).

2)Responsible for production target quality compliance.

3)Submit budget file for project industrialization including manpower, pilot run occurrence, tools, sample for case study & NRE.

4)Responsible and arrange schedule for proto and pilot run according to project schedule.

5)Setup DFM file for R&D manufacturing feasibility, risk elimination & production target yield assurance, Analysis for manufacturing capabilities for stability control & Experience feedback for design and technology maturity.

6)Responsible for traceability data & specification defined needed for product manufacturing & customization for suppliers process stability control.

7)Responsible for validation and qualification plan for manufacturing & customization tools stability and efficiency for production.

8)Responsible for process file for manufacturing.

9)Responsible for manufacturing BOM & articulation for proto, pilot run & daily production schedule purpose.

10)Responsible for ECN/ECO schedule for manufacturing implemanation,

11)Responsible for project industrialization documentation for database record centralize.

12)Support supply chain process definition.

13)Support for “Return Materials Agreement” (RMA) procedure define for all products delivered from suppliers to customization center worldwide.

14)Responsible for production & suppliers capacity implementation.

15)Support for MRC setup activities.

16)Escalation the critical issues related with new product introduction.

Job Requirement:

1)Degree in Industrial Engineering.

2)3-5 years of experience in related field.

3)Knowledge in New Product Introduction (NPI) for manufacturing and product transfer from design to manufacturing and familiarity with manufacturing processes, PCBA assembly processes.

4)Experience in Industrial Engineering, wireless product manufacturing or product design.

5)Experience in high volume and consumer electronics industry.

6)Experience in FMEA and DOE especially in product development.

7)Knowledge in logistic and production/manufacturing setup.

8)Sound understanding of organisation structure and behaviour, working method and processes and tools.

9)Able to write, read and speak in English.

10)Good team player; able to work under pressure.

11)Excellent communications & people skills.
