Main Duites:
-Manage the daily task in the department. Build up the suitable team organization with SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), qualified and technical experienced resource according to department target. Coach the subordinates to accumulate technical expertise, build proactive attitude, use efficiency method, professional tools and positive communication skills.
· Assign tasks to subordinates according to SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and, Timeframe) rule, Review their progress periodically, Give the sufficient supports according their achievement.
· Focus on team training, equipment, document standardization and optimized solutions to decrease COPQ rate, secure delivery time and improve equipment quality continuously.
· Take the responsibility on safety and compliance regulars with periodical training and communication.
· Be responsible for the team performance according to project needs, assign the right internal and external resource to finish the design, assembly and debug to get the final acceptance. Build excellent customer relationship to improve NPS(Net Promoter Score).


Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above Major in Mechanical Engineering
8+ years Automotive working experience.
3+ years Experience on people management
Be familiar with design tools like Solidworks, Autocad is a must.
Personal Leadership: Understand and practise ABB value on responsibility, respect and determination. Be fair and open to the subordinates, keep consistence in daily operation.
People development: Believe, empower, encourage and delegate the subordinates to make decisions. Recognize the engineers timely. Suggest the opportunities to subordinates on behavior and skill training.
Team work and Collaboration: Actively cooperate with peer teams: PM, EE, ME, Proposal, Workshop to achieve project successfully. Actively give suggestions to peer teams for improvement.
Be proactive, Optimistic on project execution
Good communication and negotiation skills
Good English skill - spoken and written
